What material is the tent canopy made of?
Our canopies are made from 600 denier polyester, a heavy, tear-resistant fabric built for repeated outdoor use at markets, events and job sites. Your graphics are printed in full color directly on the fabric.
Can you print on every side of the tent?
Yes. We can print the peaks and valances on all sides, and each panel can carry a different design, such as your logo on the front, your website on the sides and a phone number on the back. Back walls and side walls can be printed full color edge to edge.

How long does it take to get a custom tent?
Turnaround depends on the size, quantity and add-ons. Most custom tents are produced in about 7 to 14 days after you approve your proof, and we'll confirm your timeline with your quote.
Do you help with the tent design?
Yes. Send us your logo and ideas and our in-house designers will lay out the canopy, walls and flags for you. You'll approve a digital mockup before anything is printed.
Are custom tents good for Seattle weather?
The 600 denier polyester canopy and aluminum frame are made for outdoor events in the Pacific Northwest. Use weights or stakes on every leg, take the tent down in high wind, and let it dry completely before you pack it away.
How do I clean and store my custom tent?
Clean the canopy with mild soap and water and a soft brush, rinse, and let it air dry fully. Store it in the carry bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to keep the print looking sharp.
