Gloss or matte laminate
Every vinyl sticker is printed on our HP Latex or Canon Colorado printers and laminated in gloss or matte. The laminate makes your stickers waterproof and protects them from scratches and sun, so they hold up on laptops, water bottles, coolers, tool boxes and vehicles.

How Die-Cut Vinyl Lettering Is Made and Installed
From the printer to the Zünd G3 cutter to the wall. Scroll to follow our own logo through the shop and onto a wall as a die-cut vinyl decal.

Printed
Your logo or lettering is printed in full color on premium white vinyl with our HP Latex or Canon Colorado printers.

Laminated
A clear gloss or matte overlaminate goes on top, making it waterproof and protecting it from scratches and sun.

Kiss cut on our Zünd G3
The Zünd's blade traces every letter and shape, cutting through the laminate and vinyl but not the liner.

Weeded
We remove the excess vinyl around and inside the letters (like the centers of A, R, D and O), so only your logo is left on the backing paper.

Transfer tape applied
Transfer tape goes over the top and holds every letter in place, so the whole decal goes on in one piece.

Thru-cut on the Zünd
The Zünd cuts back through the tape and backing paper. Because we thru-cut it on the Zünd, every decal comes out perfectly square with the graphic centered on the backing paper.

Applied to the wall
On install day the backing paper comes off, the decal goes on the wall and a squeegee presses every letter down.

Transfer tape removed
The transfer tape peels away and the logo stays on the wall, every letter exactly where it was printed.

What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?
Die cut stickers are cut through both the vinyl and the backing, so each sticker is the exact shape of your design. Kiss cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, leaving the backing intact, so you can put several stickers on one sheet or add a border around the design for easy peeling.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our vinyl stickers are printed on our HP Latex and Canon Colorado printers and laminated, which makes them waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-resistant for outdoor use on water bottles, coolers, vehicles, hard hats and equipment.
