What size trade show booth do I need?
Most shows sell booth space as 10x10, 10x20 or larger island spaces. A 10x10 booth usually fits one backdrop, a table and a banner stand. A 10x20 booth fits a wider back wall or two backdrops plus a counter. Island booths are open on all sides and use wall graphics and a hanging sign. Check your exhibitor kit for height limits before you order.
What is a tension fabric display?
A tension fabric display is a printed stretch-fabric graphic that slips over a lightweight aluminum frame like a pillowcase. It stays smooth and wrinkle-resistant, weighs far less than hard panels, and packs into a carry bag, which makes it one of the most popular portable trade show displays.
What is the difference between a step and repeat and a backdrop?
A step and repeat is a backdrop printed with a repeating pattern of logos, so every photo taken in front of it shows your brand. A custom backdrop can be any design, like a full-color photo, your services list or a product image, and is often used as the back wall of a trade show booth.
How much does a custom trade show booth cost?
Cost depends on your booth size, the hardware you choose and how many graphics you need. A retractable banner or tabletop display costs far less than a full 10x20 or island booth. Request a quote with your booth size and show date and we will recommend options for your budget.
Do you design trade show booth graphics?
Yes. Our in-house designers can lay out your backdrop, banners, counter and table cover as one matching set using your logo and brand colors. You approve a digital proof before anything is printed.
Can you print new graphics for a display I already own?
In many cases, yes. Fabric and SEGO graphics can be swapped on the same frame, so you can refresh your booth for a new show or product. Send us your frame's size and model and we will confirm what we can print.
How far ahead should I order my trade show display?
Start as early as you can, ideally a few weeks before your show, so there is time for design, proofs and production. Include your show date when you request a quote and we will give you a timeline.
What displays work best for a small 10x10 booth?
A great 10x10 setup is a fabric backdrop across the back, a fitted table cover with your logo, and one or two retractable banners at the front corners. Add a tabletop banner or a backlit lightbox to draw people in.
