Coroplast at our yard sign sizes (18 x 24, 24 x 18, 24 x 24, 24 x 36 and 36 x 24 in) is priced like our yard sign designer, with packs that cost less per sign. Prices for more signs, other sizes and options show in the designer as you pick them.
The materials
- Magnets: 30 mil matte magnet, printed direct UV in full color. Made for car doors, and for temporary signs at job sites. Round corners from 1/4 to 1 in, or square. Check that your car door holds a magnet, and let it set overnight before you drive.
- Coroplast: 4mm white corrugated plastic, UV printed on one or both sides, waterproof and UV safe for yard, fence and event signs. Add brass grommets or a 10 x 30 in steel H-stake. Signs up to 48 in wide have up-and-down flutes.
- Aluminum Sandwich Board: two aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene core, 1/8 in (3mm) thick. UV printed with a gloss UV coat, for long-term outdoor and indoor signs. One or both sides, round corners and optional 1/4 in punched holes.
- Acrylic: 1/4 in clear acrylic printed on the back, so the acrylic face protects the print. Full white backing gives the brightest colors, spot white puts white only behind your art, and transparent has no white ink. Chrome standoffs or drilled holes, for office and wall signs.
- PVC Board: 1/8 in white PVC, water resistant and lightly flexible, UV printed on one or both sides. For long-term indoor signs, short-term outdoor signs and sign frames. Optional grommets.
- Foam Board: 3/16 in white foamcore, light and rigid, UV printed on one or both sides. Indoor only: presentation boards, easel signs and wall signs.
- Styrene: .020 in white styrene with a matte finish, printed on one side, for indoor and outdoor posters and drop-in signs. It ships rolled in a tube and lays flat. Optional grommets.
- GatorFoam: a foam board with wood-fiber faces, much stiffer than foam board, so it does not warp or dent easily. 3/16 or 1/2 in, white or black. Printed vinyl is mounted on one or both faces. Indoor use: displays and presentations.
- Aluminum Sign: .040 in solid aluminum that will not rust, UV printed with a gloss coat, for parking, wall and outdoor signs. One or both sides, round corners and optional 1/4 in punched holes.
Big signs printed in our shop
Signs bigger than we can ship (more than 48 x 38 in for boards and acrylic) are printed in our Snohomish shop and are pickup only: up to 4 x 8 ft, and coroplast sheets up to 4 x 10 and 5 x 10 ft. The designer marks these sizes "Pickup only".
How the layout works
The designer shows your sign at its true shape and size. There is no bleed: we print to the edge of the sign. Keep text and logos inside the dashed red line, 0.25 in from the edge. Dimmed corners are cut round, and holes, grommets and standoffs show where they go.

How much do custom rigid signs and magnets cost?
One sign or magnet starts at $18.00. The price depends on the material, the size, one or two sides, the options and how many you order. The designer shows your exact price, and that is the price at checkout. Shipping is free anywhere in the US, or pick up free at our Snohomish shop.
Which materials can I design here?
Vehicle magnets (30 mil), coroplast (4mm corrugated plastic), aluminum sandwich board (1/8 in aluminum composite), acrylic (1/4 in clear, with full white backing, spot white or transparent), PVC board (1/8 in), foam board (3/16 in, indoor), styrene (.020 in), GatorFoam (3/16 or 1/2 in, white or black, indoor) and aluminum signs (.040 in solid aluminum).
What sizes can I order?
Any size from 6 x 6 in, decimals are fine. We ship coroplast, aluminum sandwich board, acrylic, PVC, foam board, GatorFoam and aluminum signs up to 48 x 38 in, magnets up to 96 x 36 in and styrene up to 96 x 48 in. Bigger boards are printed in our shop and are pickup only at our Snohomish shop: up to 4 x 8 ft, and coroplast sheets up to 4 x 10 and 5 x 10 ft.
Can I print both sides?
Coroplast, aluminum sandwich board, PVC board, foam board, GatorFoam and aluminum signs come single or double sided. Use the same art on both sides, or give the back its own. Magnets, styrene and acrylic are printed on one side.
Will a magnet stick to my car?
Our magnets are 30 mil and made for car doors, but some newer car doors are plastic, aluminum or another material a magnet will not hold to. Check yours first. Let the magnet set on the door overnight before you drive.
What are flutes and H-stakes on coroplast?
Coroplast has channels called flutes. On signs up to 48 in wide they run up and down, so the legs of a 10 x 30 in steel H-stake slide into the bottom edge. Signs wider than 48 in have flutes that run side to side.
Can I get holes, grommets or standoffs?
Coroplast, PVC and styrene can have brass grommets in all four corners or the top two. Aluminum sandwich board and aluminum signs can have 1/4 in punched holes. Acrylic comes with 1 in chrome standoffs or 3/8 in drilled holes, 1.5 in from the edges. For holes or grommets in other places, mark them in the designer and send it to us for a quote.
What file should I upload?
A JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF or PSD file up to 25 MB, made at the size you order, with no bleed and no crop marks. Keep text and logos 0.25 in from the edge. For spot white acrylic, a PNG with a transparent background works best: white ink goes under every part that is not transparent.
