Match the coverage to the truck and the budget

Not every work truck needs a full wrap. A partial wrap usually covers the doors, bed sides and tailgate and works the truck's paint into the design.

Two trucks show the range. For Oak Hearth Homes, a real estate and construction company, we designed, printed and installed a full gray wrap on a Ford F-250 with their script logo across the doors. Play Creation chose a half wrap on a Toyota Tundra that lets the truck's own color show through.

Truck wrap questions

How much does a truck wrap cost in Seattle?

At Ardor Printing, a full pickup wrap costs $4,000 to $5,900: about $4,000 to $4,500 for a compact pickup and $4,900 to $5,900 for a crew cab. Partial wraps cost $2,500 to $3,100 and lettering starts at $350. Design is quoted separately.

Can you wrap a truck with a canopy, ladder rack or toolbox?

Yes. Racks, toolboxes and bed caps may need to come off and go back on, or we wrap around them. They can add to the price, so show them in your photos.

How long does it take to wrap a pickup?

Design and proofing come first. Once the wrap is printed, most pickups are installed in one to two days.

Do I need a USDOT number on my truck?

It depends on the truck and the work you do. Our guide to USDOT numbers and truck lettering in Washington covers the marking rules. If you need one, we can letter it on your doors.

What is the cheapest way to brand a new work truck?

Door lettering. Our first truck packages start at $495 and include logo layout, a mockup on your truck, installation and a 1-year warranty.
