What Makes a Vehicle Wrap Design Work
A wrap has a few seconds to do its job in traffic or a parking lot. These are the rules our designers follow on every truck, van and trailer.
- Readable in three seconds. Logo, what you do and one way to reach you (phone or website), big enough to read from the next lane.
- Designed for the vehicle, not a flat rectangle. Door handles, body lines, wheel wells, windows and panel seams are planned before anything is printed.
- Contrast beats detail. Strong color contrast and a couple of clean fonts read better at speed than busy artwork.
- Use the back doors. The drivers stuck behind you see the back of your vehicle the longest, so it gets a clear message and contact info.
- Plan the windows. Perforated window film carries the design across rear and side windows while you can still see out.
- Think fleet from day one. A layout that adapts to every vehicle type keeps your whole fleet consistent as it grows.

How Our Vehicle Wrap Design Process Works
From the first message to a finished wrap, here is what to expect.
Send your vehicle info
Pick your vehicle's year, make and model on our quote form and send your logo files, photos and any wraps you like.
Quote and deposit
Design is quoted on its own, separate from printing. Work starts once we receive the deposit. Design deposits are non-refundable.
First proof
Your first proof, laid out on your vehicle, is usually ready in about 1 to 2 weeks after the deposit.
Revisions
Your quote typically includes three rounds of major revisions, so the design is right before you approve it.
Print and install, or ship
We print and install it in our Snohomish shop. Outside Washington, we send print-ready files or print and ship the wrap film to your installer.

You do not need to be near Seattle to work with our designers. We design wraps for businesses across the country and hand off print-ready files for your local installer, or print the wrap film in our shop and ship it to them.
