These terms explain how quotes, deposits, design, proofs, payments, installations and online orders work at Ardor Printing. They apply when you use ardorprinting.com, order online, or hire us for a custom project. By placing an order, paying a deposit or approving a proof, you agree to these terms. Questions? Who we are

Ardor Printing ("Ardor," "we," "us") designs, prints and installs vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signs, wall wraps, window graphics, stickers and banners, and upfits work vehicles, from our shop at 12531 Old Snohomish Monroe Rd., Snohomish, WA 98290. "You" means the person or business that uses our website, asks for a quote or places an order.

Quotes and pricing

  • Quotes are based on the details you give us, such as sizes, quantities, materials, artwork and the condition of the vehicle, wall or surface. If those details change, the price may change, and we will tell you before we do any extra work.
  • Unless your quote says otherwise, quotes are good for 30 days. Material prices change, so an older quote may need to be updated.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
  • If a price on our website is clearly wrong because of a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price before we start.

Deposits and payment

  • Design work starts after we receive your design deposit. Design deposits, including deposits for vehicle wrap designs, are non-refundable because they pay for design time that starts right away.
  • Print and installation projects need a 50% deposit before we order materials, print or schedule your installation.
  • The remaining balance is due when your project is complete, before we release your vehicle or finished items, or on the day we install, unless your invoice shows other terms.
  • Online orders are paid in full at checkout.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Affirm, ACH and bank transfers, cash and checks. Financing through Affirm is subject to Affirm's approval and terms.
  • We may hold finished work until it is paid in full. If a payment is returned or a balance goes unpaid, you are responsible for reasonable costs of collecting it where the law allows.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens to deposits if you cancel.

Design services and proofs

  • Before anything prints, we send you a proof that shows the layout, wording, colors and sizes. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
  • Please check every proof carefully, especially spelling, phone numbers, websites, prices, logos and sizes. When you approve a proof, you accept it as final. We are not responsible for errors in a proof you approved, and changes after approval are billed as a new print.
  • Your quote shows the design work included. Extra design time or major changes after design has started may cost extra, and we will tell you before we bill for it.
  • Colors can look slightly different on a screen, on a proof and on the finished product because of screens, materials and lighting. We match brand colors as closely as our materials allow. If an exact color match matters, ask for a printed color sample before production.
  • Vehicle wrap proofs are shown on a template of your vehicle. The installed wrap follows your vehicle's real body lines, door handles and seams, so small changes in placement are normal.

Your artwork and content

  • When you send us logos, photos, text or files, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that printing them does not violate anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights.
  • You are responsible for the content you ask us to print, and you agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that come from content you supplied.
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files can print blurry or pixelated. We will tell you when we see a problem. If you choose to print a file anyway, we cannot reprint it for free.
  • We may refuse any job we believe is illegal, infringing, hateful or harmful.

Who owns the design

Once your order is paid in full, you may use the final approved design for your business, including on other vehicles, signs and marketing. Our working files, templates, concepts you did not choose and our design methods stay with Ardor Printing. If you need print-ready or editable files for another vendor, ask us. A file fee may apply.

Photos of our work

We may photograph or film finished projects and show them on our website, in our portfolio and on social media. We never post your contact details. If you would rather we not show your project, tell us and we will leave it out or take it down. See our Privacy Policy.

Vehicles and installations

  • Bring your vehicle in clean and dry, without wax, ceramic coatings, sealants, bugs or tar, unless we have agreed to clean it. Vinyl will not stick properly to coated or dirty paint, so extra cleaning or prep may be billed.
  • Vinyl bonds to the surface underneath it. We are not responsible for paint, clear coat or primer that lifts during installation or removal because of aftermarket paint, earlier repairs, rust or damaged clear coat.
  • Removing old graphics, wraps or adhesive is quoted separately.
  • Please take valuables out of your vehicle before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left inside.
  • For on-site installations, the surface must be ready on the scheduled day: walls painted and fully cured, windows clean and safe access to the work area. If we can't install because the site isn't ready, the return trip may be billed.
  • Sign permits and landlord, HOA or property approvals are your responsibility unless your quote says we will handle them.
  • After installation, follow the care instructions we give you. Damage from improper care is not covered by our warranty.

Schedules, pickup and delivery

  • Production and installation dates are estimates. We work hard to meet them, but weather, material supply, late proof approvals and late payments can move the schedule.
  • If you need something by a firm date, such as an event or a vehicle going into service, tell us when you order so we can confirm the timing.
  • We will let you know when your order or vehicle is ready. Please pick it up promptly.
  • For shipped orders and local pickup, see our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

Online orders

  • When you order on our website, we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order before production for reasons such as a pricing error, content we won't print or a payment that looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
  • Product photos and the previews in our sticker and banner builders show what your order will look like. The finished product may vary slightly in color and finish.
  • Our builders check your file, but you are responsible for the artwork, wording, sizes, quantities and materials you choose.

Cancellations, refunds and warranty

Everything we make is custom, so we don't accept returns. If we make a mistake, we fix it. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains deposits, cancellations and how to report a problem, and our Warranty & We Fix It Policy explains our 1-year installation warranty.

Using our website

  • Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to break into it, overloading it, uploading harmful files or copying it with automated tools.
  • The photos, text, designs, logos and code on our website belong to Ardor Printing or our partners, and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Customer brands shown in our portfolio belong to their owners.
  • If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Our website links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Reviews

If you leave a public review of Ardor Printing, we may show it on our website with your first name and last initial and a link to the original review.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Our total liability for any claim about a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business, missed events or vehicle downtime, including losses caused by delays.
  • Except for our written warranty and anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude, our products, services and website are provided "as is."

Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says can't be waived.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please call or email us first. Most problems are solved with one conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts that serve Snohomish County, Washington, unless the law requires otherwise. Small claims court is always available for claims that qualify.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. The terms in effect when you placed your order or accepted your quote apply to that order.

Other details

  • If your signed quote or invoice includes different terms, those terms apply to that project. Otherwise, these terms, our policies and your quote or order are the full agreement between us.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, power outages, supply shortages or carrier delays.
