Shipping & Pickup Policy

Ardor Printing is based in Snohomish, Washington. You can have your order shipped anywhere in the United States or pick it up free at our shop, and local projects such as vehicle wraps, signs and wall graphics are installed by our own crew. Here's how production times, shipping costs and delivery work.

01Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We don't ship outside the United States at this time. Very large or rigid items, such as big signs, may need freight shipping or local delivery, and we will quote that before you order.

02Production times

• Production starts after you approve your proof, or after you place your order if it doesn't have a proof step.
• Most online orders, including stickers and banners, are ready to ship or pick up in 1 to 3 business days. Each product page shows its usual turnaround.
• Large orders, specialty materials and custom projects follow the timeline in your quote.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, not including major holidays.
• Need it fast? Call us before you order to ask about rush production.

03Shipping costs and delivery times

• Banners and most online orders: free standard shipping within the United States.
• Custom stickers from our sticker builder: $8 flat-rate ground shipping.
• Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Standard ground shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses can take longer.
• Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, and carrier delays are outside our control.

04Free local pickup in Snohomish

• Choose local pickup at checkout to pick up your order free at 12531 Old Snohomish Monroe Rd., Snohomish, WA 98290.
• We will let you know when your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Bring your order number or the name on the order.

05Local delivery and installation

Vehicle wraps, fleet graphics and vehicle upfitting are done at our Snohomish shop. Signs, wall wraps, window graphics and other on-site projects are delivered and installed by our own crew across the Puget Sound area, on a date we schedule with you. When delivery and installation apply, they are included in your quote.

06Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you have an account on our website, you can also check your order status there.

07Lost, late or damaged packages

• Damaged in shipping: take photos of the box and the items before you throw anything away, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint or replace damaged items at no cost.
• Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a solution.
• Lost in transit: if tracking stops updating, contact us and we will work with the carrier to find your package or reprint your order.

08Address changes and returned packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, contact us before your order ships. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't picked up from the carrier, we will reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.

09Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on where your order is delivered or picked up, as the law requires.
