Warranty & We Fix It Policy

We designed it, printed it and installed it, so we fix it. Every installation Ardor Printing does is backed by a 1-year limited installation warranty. If something we produced has a problem, a field installer reviews it and gets you a solution within 24 hours, and covered fixes cost you nothing. 01What's covered

• Installation workmanship, for 1 year. Lifting edges, bubbles, seams or panels that come loose because of how they were installed, on the vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall wraps, window graphics and signs we install.
• Print errors. If a print doesn't match the proof you approved, such as the wrong colors, the wrong size or a misprint, we reprint it, and reinstall it if we installed it, at no cost.
• Film and ink defects. The films we use, including 3M and Avery Dennison, carry their manufacturers' own warranties. If a film fails early, we inspect it and walk you through the manufacturer's coverage.
• A 24-hour response. For anything we produced, a field installer reviews the problem and gets you a solution within 24 hours.

02What isn't covered

• Physical damage, such as accidents, collisions, scrapes and vandalism.
• Damage from improper care, such as brush car washes, pressure washing close to edges and harsh chemicals.
• Problems with the surface underneath, such as peeling clear coat, rust, earlier body repairs or failing wall paint.
• Normal wear and fading as films age, especially on hoods, roofs and other horizontal surfaces.
• Errors that were in a proof you approved, such as a typo or an old phone number.
• Graphics that were installed, moved, repaired or changed by someone other than Ardor Printing.

03How long coverage lasts

The installation warranty lasts 1 year from the day we install your graphics. Film manufacturer warranties are separate and depend on the film, the color and where it's applied. Vertical surfaces like doors and sides last longer than hoods, roofs and other surfaces that face the sun. Ask us for the warranty details on the film used for your project.

04How to get something fixed

1. Call or send photos. Call (425) 629-0796 or email photos to info@ardorprinting.com. Tell us your name, the vehicle or location and what you're seeing.
2. We respond within 24 hours. A field installer reviews the problem and gives you a solution.
3. We fix it at no cost. Covered repairs, reprints and reinstalls are on us, scheduled to keep your vehicles and your business running.

05Online orders and items you install yourself

Stickers, banners and other products you order online and install yourself aren't covered by the installation warranty, but they are covered by our quality promise. If your order arrives damaged, has a defect or doesn't match the proof you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup and we'll reprint it free. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

07Caring for your wrap and graphics

• Hand wash with mild soap and water, and skip brush car washes.
• Keep pressure washers away from edges and seams.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents and abrasive polishes.
• Clean off fuel, bird droppings, tree sap and bugs as soon as you can.

08How long wraps and signs last

Printed vehicle wraps last up to 8 years on vertical surfaces like doors and sides, and about 3 years on hoods and roofs. Color change wraps typically last 5 to 7 years in the Seattle area. See our materials and durability guide for every product.

How long is Ardor Printing's warranty?

Every installation Ardor Printing does is backed by a 1-year installation warranty. The films and inks are also covered by their manufacturers' own warranties.

What does the "We Fix It" policy mean?

If an issue comes up with a wrap, sign or graphic Ardor produced, a field installer reviews it and gives you a solution within 24 hours, and covered problems are fixed at no cost to you.

What if my print doesn't match the proof I approved?

We reprint it free. Every project gets a proof before anything prints, and if the finished piece doesn't match the proof you approved, the reprint and reinstall are on us.

Does the warranty cover fleet wraps, wall wraps and signs?

Yes. The 1-year installation warranty applies to the vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall wraps, window graphics and signs that Ardor installs.

Are stickers and banners I order online covered?

Products you install yourself aren't covered by the installation warranty, but if an online order arrives damaged, defective or doesn't match your approved proof, tell us within 7 days and we'll reprint it free.

10Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Washington law.
