Information we collect automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you got to our site, and actions you take (for example, starting a quote or adding an item to your cart). We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar technologies, described below.
Information from other sources
- Payment processors and shipping carriers, for example to confirm a payment or share tracking details.
- Google, when you leave a public review of Ardor Printing. We may show public Google reviews on our reviews page with the reviewer's first name and last initial.
- People who refer you to us, such as a fleet manager, designer or agency who sends us your project.
How we use your information

- To take payment, send invoices and receipts, and keep business and tax records.
- To provide customer service, warranty support and our "We Fix It" repairs.
- To run, secure and improve our website, including preventing fraud and spam.
- To understand how people use our site and measure how our ads perform.
- To send you messages you have asked for, such as order updates, proofs and, only if you sign up, occasional news.

- To comply with the law and protect our rights, our customers and our team.
Cookies, analytics and ads
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them, along with pixels and similar tools, to keep the site working (for example, your cart and checkout), to remember your preferences, to understand how visitors use the site, and to measure and improve our advertising. The main tools on our site are:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout and provides store analytics.
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, to measure visits and ad results.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure ad results and, if we run ads, show them to people who visited our site.
- HubSpot, which runs our quote and contact forms and our customer records.
- Embedded content from YouTube, Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram, whose providers may collect information when you view it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work without them. Visitors in places that require it see a cookie banner where they can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also limit ad personalization through Google Ad Settings and your Meta ad preferences, and learn how Google uses data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Our store platform, Shopify, treats a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out request for its own data sharing where state law requires it. For other advertising tools, use the opt-out options on this page.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website and checkout hosting, payment processing, invoicing and accounting, email and customer records, file uploads, IT and security. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Production, installation and shipping partners that help make, install or deliver your order, such as print and fabrication partners and shipping carriers. They receive only what they need, such as your artwork, order details and delivery address.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, through the cookies and pixels described above. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at Your privacy choices.
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety, for example in response to a valid court order or to prevent fraud.
- If our business changes hands, for example in a merger or sale, your information may transfer to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy.
- With your permission, for example when you ask us to send a proof to your designer or fleet manager.
Photos of our work
We love showing off finished projects. We may photograph or film completed wraps, signs and installs and share them on our website, in our portfolio and on social media. We do not publish your contact details with these photos. If you would rather we not show your project, or want a photo taken down, tell us and we will remove it.
Emails and text messages
We send messages about your quotes, proofs, orders, scheduling and payments. These are part of doing business with us. We don't send regular marketing emails or texts; if we ever send news or offers, it will only be to people who have signed up, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you text us, we will reply by text. You can reply STOP to stop texts from us at any time. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or rent your phone number or email address.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy. In general, we keep order, invoice and project records, including signed proofs and artwork, for seven years for tax, warranty and reorder purposes. We keep quote requests that do not become orders for about two years and job applications for about one year. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website, a PCI-compliant checkout run by Shopify, and limited access to customer records for our team and service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a data breach where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your personal information, unless we need to keep it, for example to complete an order, honor a warranty or meet tax and legal obligations.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising at Your privacy choices, and out of marketing messages at any time.
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to appeal our decision on your request. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
How to make a request: email info@ardorprinting.com or call (425) 629-0796. Tell us which right you want to use. To protect your information, we will confirm your identity, usually by matching your name with the email address or phone number in our records. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response; we will answer your appeal within 45 days.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
