Prices are for one sign with its hardware, or for one sign only, without a rider. Every product also comes in packs of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 signs, which cost less per sign: from $6.76 per sign for single-sided yard signs, sign only, in a pack of 50. The designer shows your exact price for what you pick.
The signs
- Yard Sign + H-Stake: a 24 x 18 in sign of 4mm white corrugated plastic (coroplast), printed in full color UV on one or both sides. The flutes run up and down, so the legs of the 10 x 30 in steel H-stake slide into them. Order the sign with its H-stake or the sign only.
- Real Estate A-Frame: a black steel A-frame that folds for storage and transport, with a 24 x 18 in double-sided coroplast sign that hangs from it with zip ties through grommets in its top corners. It has a clamp for an optional 24 x 6 in rider and a holder for an optional red Open House pennant flag.
- Real Estate Post: a white PVC post and arm with a ground stake: hammer the stake into the ground and slide the post over it, no shovel needed. The arm, stake, caps and hanging hardware fit inside the post to carry it. Double-sided aluminum composite signs come pre-drilled to hang from the arm, and an optional rider sits on top of the arm.
- Real Estate Frame: a black powder-coated steel frame, 25.25 in wide and 43 in tall. A double-sided 24 x 18 in coroplast sign and an optional 24 x 6 in rider below it drop in and are held with clips. The pointed legs push into lawns, medians and fields.
Riders
A rider is a small sign for one more line: SOLD, OPEN HOUSE, COMING SOON, PRICE REDUCED or your name. It is its own printed piece, printed on both sides. Turn it on in the options, then pick "Rider" on the layout toolbar to design it.
With hardware or sign only
Order the sign with its stake, A-frame, post or frame, or order the sign only to refresh hardware you already have. Pick the same size as your hardware, so the new sign fits it.
How the template works
The designer shows each sign and rider at its true shape. The clear part is what people see. Grey areas are covered by the frame lip, the clips, the rider clamp or the grommets, so let your background run through them. Circles mark the hanging holes. Keep text and logos inside the dashed red line.
Templates and AI design
Start from a For Sale, Open House, Sold, Coming Soon or Price Reduced layout with spots for your photo, your brokerage logo, your phone and a QR code, then change the words and colors. - File type: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF or PSD, up to 25 MB.
- Size: make your file the size of the sign, with no bleed and no crop marks. The Template button gives you the exact page.
- Sharp prints: a PDF, or 100 pixels or more for every inch of the sign. The designer warns you if a picture is too small.

What is a rider?
A small sign that goes with your main sign, for words like SOLD, OPEN HOUSE or your name. The A-frame and the frame take a 24 x 6 in rider. The post takes a 24 x 6 in rider on the small post or a 36 x 6 in rider on the large post. Riders are printed on both sides.
What are the signs made of?
Yard signs, A-frame signs and frame signs are 4mm white corrugated plastic (coroplast). Post signs are double-sided aluminum composite (sandwich board), waterproof and UV safe for long outdoor use. All are printed in full color UV.
Do you sell real estate signs in packs?
Yes. Every sign comes as a single sign or in packs of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100, and a pack costs less per sign than single signs. Pick the pack, then how many packs; all signs in an order have the same art. If a bigger pack costs the same as your order or less, the designer tells you. For more than 500 signs, send us a message for a quote.
Can I print both sides?
Yes. A-frame, post and frame signs are printed on both sides, and yard signs come single or double sided. Use the same art on both sides, or give the back its own.
Which sizes fit the real estate post?
The small post holds 24 in wide signs: 24 x 18, 24 x 24, 24 x 30 or 24 x 36 in. The large post holds 36 in wide signs: 36 x 24, 36 x 36 or 36 x 48 in. Post signs come pre-drilled to hang from the arm.
How does the frame hold the sign?
The 24 x 18 in sign and the optional 24 x 6 in rider drop into the black powder-coated steel frame and are held with clips, so they are easy to change. The pointed legs push into the lawn. Keep text 0.75 in from the edges, because the frame may cover them.
