The tent builder: pick a size, design each canopy side, wall and flag in 2D, preview the tent in 3D, approve your proof and check out.
Choose your size: 10x10, 10x15 or 10x20 custom canopy tent
All three sizes share the same pop-up design and print on every canopy side. The 10x10 custom canopy tent is the most popular — it fits a standard vendor or trade show booth. Go 10x15 for extra display room, or 10x20 when you need a double booth or a serving line.
| Size | Footprint | Canopy only | Canopy + frame | Best for | Walls & flags |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10' × 10' | 100 sq ft | $586.92 | $926.98 | Single vendor or trade show booth, markets, tailgates | Full or half walls on all 4 sides; flags on 4 legs |
| 10' × 15' | 150 sq ft | $647.12 | $1,477.14 | Bigger displays, sampling, sponsor booths | Full walls on all 4 sides, half walls on the 10 ft ends; flags on 4 legs |
| 10' × 20' | 200 sq ft | $849.12 | $1,730.00 | Double booths, catering, large brand activations | Full walls on all 4 sides, half walls on the 10 ft ends; flags on 6 legs |
Prices are for one printed tent with the canopy printed on all four sides, before walls and flags. Pick a size to open it in the builder — the price updates live as you add options. We print 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20 only (no 12x12 or 20x20).
Your logo on every side
Every canopy side — the roof peak and the valance below it — prints as one full-color piece, so your logo, colors and message run edge to edge with no stitched-on patches. Put your logo on all four sides or use each side differently: a logo on the front, your website on the sides, a phone number on the back. In the builder, design one side and press Mirror this design to copy it to the matching sides (all four on a 10x10, the matching pairs on a 10x15 or 10x20).
Upload a logo as an SVG for the sharpest print, or a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Pick any canopy color, add text in 14 fonts, and see the result on the 3D tent instantly — a custom 10x10 canopy tent with your company logo takes about ten minutes to design.
Printed tent walls, flags and canopy-only tops
Turn the tent into a booth with printed walls and flags, each designed in the same builder and priced per piece:
- Full walls — a floor-to-eave printed panel (80″ tall) for any side: a branded backdrop behind your table or a photo wall. Full walls print on one side; you choose whether the graphic faces outward or into the tent (the back wall faces in by default). Want both sides printed? Order a double-sided wall — two single-sided walls, one on each side of the legs, each designed separately.
- Half walls — a waist-high printed panel (115″ × 41″) with its crossbar, single- or double-sided, that frames the booth while keeping it open. Available on the 10 ft sides: every side of a 10x10, the ends of a 10x15 or 10x20.
- Tent flags — teardrop or angled feather flags that clamp to the tent legs, in 7 ft, 9 ft or 10.5 ft heights, single-sided (the print shows through, so the back reads mirrored) or double-sided with two separate designs. Any leg can take a flag: all four corners, plus the two middle legs on a 10x20.
- White or black reinforced strip — the seam binding along the canopy edges and hips comes in white or black at no charge; black outlines the canopy and suits darker designs.
- Canopy only — already own a frame? Order just the printed canopy top to fit a compatible 10x10, 10x15 or 10x20 pop-up frame, or as a replacement for a worn canopy.

What's in the box and how it's made
Our custom canopy tents are commercial-grade event tents, not the thin promotional kind: a heavy-duty aluminum pop-up frame with telescoping legs, a polyester canopy printed by dye-sublimation (the ink becomes part of the fabric, so it won't peel or crack like a vinyl transfer), and UV-resistant color made for repeated outdoor use at markets, events and job sites.

How it works
- Design it online. Pick your size and package, then design each canopy side, wall and flag in the 2D editor: upload your logo, add text, choose colors. Mirror a side to the rest in one click.
- Check it in 3D. Orbit the tent, switch which way a wall faces, and see exactly how the printed panels read from the street.
- Approve your proof. Before anything prints you review a digital proof — two 3D views plus every panel at its print shape — and sign it. Nothing goes to production until you approve.
- We print, pack and ship. Your tent is printed full-color within 4 business days of your approval and shipped free anywhere in the contiguous US, or held for free pickup at 12531 Old Snohomish Monroe Rd., Snohomish, WA 98290.

Built for every kind of event
A branded tent turns a parking lot, a field or a convention floor into your storefront. These are the custom tents we print most:
Trade show tents and expos
A trade show tent with a printed back wall is a complete booth in one bag: logo overhead, your message behind the table, and half walls to frame the space without closing it off. Pair it with our custom trade show booths for indoor shows.
Farmers market and vendor tents
A custom vendor tent makes your stall the easy one to find every week. Put your name on all four valances so shoppers spot you from any direction, and add a half wall for a clean counter line.
Food vendor, catering and brewery tents
Shade the serving line and put your name above the food. A custom food tent with a printed back wall hides the prep area; a 10x20 covers a full catering setup or a beer garden pour station.
Sports team, tailgate and tournament tents
Custom sports team tents for clubs, schools, leagues and sponsors: team colors edge to edge, the crest on every peak, and flags on the legs so parents find the sideline. A custom tailgate tent does the same job in the stadium lot.
Church, school and nonprofit tents
Registration, welcome and outreach tents that look as established as the organization behind them — with a printed back wall for the banner you no longer have to hang.
Job site, fleet and field tents
A professional branded canopy for crews, check-in points and safety stations, printed to match the trucks we wrap. Ask about fleet pricing when you order several.

- Free design help and a free digital mockup when you send us your logo
- Free shipping in the contiguous US, or free pickup at the shop

Custom tent FAQ
Straight answers about sizes, printing, walls, flags, artwork, shipping and care. Still wondering? Call (425) 629-0796 or send us a note.
How much does a custom canopy tent cost?
A printed canopy top (canopy only) starts at $586.92 for a 10x10, $647.12 for a 10x15 and $849.12 for a 10x20. A complete tent — the printed canopy plus the aluminum frame, roller bag, ropes and stakes — is $926.98, $1,477.14 and $1,730.00 respectively. Full walls, half walls and tent flags are priced per piece in the builder and the total updates live as you design. Shipping in the contiguous US is free and there are no setup or design fees.
What sizes do your custom tents come in?
Three: 10x10 (100 sq ft) for a standard vendor or trade show booth, 10x15 (150 sq ft) for extra room for displays or sampling, and 10x20 (200 sq ft) for a double booth, catering line or larger brand activation. Every size prints on all four canopy sides. We don't print 12x12 or 20x20 tents.
Can I print my logo on all four sides of the tent?
Yes. Every canopy side — peak and valance together — is printable, and each side can carry a different design. In the builder, design one side and use Mirror this design to copy it to the matching sides: all four sides on a 10x10, and the matching pairs (two long, two short) on a 10x15 or 10x20. Walls and flags are designed the same way.
How long does a custom tent take?
Production takes 4 business days after you approve your proof, whatever the size or add-ons; then free ground shipping in the contiguous US typically adds 2 to 7 business days depending on your location, or pick up at our Snohomish shop as soon as it's ready. Designing online takes about ten minutes, and your proof is ready to review the moment you finish — nothing prints until you've approved it. If you need the tent by a specific date, tell us when you order and we'll confirm.
Do you ship nationwide, and is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free to any address in the contiguous United States. Local customers can skip shipping entirely and pick up for free at our shop at 12531 Old Snohomish Monroe Rd., Snohomish, WA 98290, just north of Seattle.
What is the canopy made of, and is it waterproof?
The canopy is a commercial-grade polyester tent fabric printed by dye-sublimation, so the color is in the fibers rather than sitting on top, and the inks are UV-resistant for repeated outdoor use. It is made for the weather you'd expect at an outdoor market or event; like any pop-up canopy it isn't a rain-proof building, so don't let water pool on the roof, and let the canopy dry completely before you pack it in the bag.
What frame comes with the tent?
The canopy + frame package includes a heavy-duty aluminum pop-up frame with telescoping legs in a silver finish, a roller bag, ropes and stakes. The 10x10 and 10x15 frames have four legs; the 10x20 has six. If you already own a pop-up frame, order the canopy only and tell us which frame you have so we can confirm the fit.
Can I buy just the printed canopy top?
Yes. Choose Canopy only in the builder to order the printed top on its own — for a frame you already own, or as a replacement when a canopy wears out. It's the same full-color print as the complete tent, in all three sizes.
Do you make printed tent walls? Full or half?
Both. A full wall is a floor-to-eave printed panel, 80″ tall, printed on one side; you choose whether the graphic faces outward or into the tent (the back wall faces in by default, as a backdrop). For a wall printed on both sides, order a double-sided wall: two single-sided walls hung one on each side of the legs, each designed separately. A half wall is a waist-high panel, 115″ × 41″, with its crossbar included, single- or double-sided, available on the 10 ft sides. Add any combination of walls in the builder and the price updates per piece.
Can I add flags to my tent?
Yes. Printed tent flags clamp to the tent legs — any of the four corners, plus the two middle legs on a 10x20. Choose a teardrop flag (7 ft or 9 ft) or an angled feather flag (9 ft or 10.5 ft), single-sided (the print shows through, so the back reads mirrored) or double-sided with two separate designs. Each flag comes with its pole and leg clamp. For freestanding flags, see our custom feather flags.
What artwork do you need?
In the builder, upload a JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG up to 10 MB — a vector SVG logo prints sharpest, and a high-resolution PNG or JPG works well for photos. We keep your original file for printing. Prefer to design in Illustrator or Photoshop? Download the free print template for any panel from the Uploads panel, design on it, and upload the finished page (JPG or PNG up to 50 MB); it snaps onto the panel automatically. Keep text and logos inside the safe zone shown on each panel, and remember the print is CMYK — very bright screen colors shift slightly on fabric.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Always. When you add the tent to your cart you review a digital proof: two 3D views of the tent and every canopy side, wall and flag at its print shape. You sign it — drawn or typed — and only then does the order go to production. The signed proof is attached to your order, so there's never a question about what was approved.
What size is the printable area on a 10x10 tent?
Each canopy side of a 10x10 prints as one piece about 119″ wide × 84″ tall (peak and valance together). A full wall is 115″ × 80″ and a half wall is 115″ × 41″. The builder shows the exact outline and safe zone for every panel, and the free templates have the dieline built in — so if you're sizing a banner for a 10x10 tent, design it as a wall on the wall template and it will fit the frame exactly.
How do I keep my tent from blowing away?
Weight or stake every leg, every time: the frame comes with ropes and stakes for grass, and on pavement use tent weights or sandbags on all four (or six) legs. Many events and markets require a minimum weight per leg, so check the organizer's rules. In gusty Pacific Northwest weather, lower the canopy or take the tent down rather than ride it out — a printed canopy is tough, but no pop-up tent is built to hold in high wind.
How long will a custom tent last?
Years of regular use with basic care: clean the canopy with mild soap, water and a soft brush, rinse, and let it dry fully before packing it; store it in its bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. The frame generally outlasts the canopy, which is why the canopy-only option exists — and because we keep your approved artwork on file, a replacement top or an extra wall later is a quick reorder.
Can your designers do it for me?
Yes. Send us your logo and a few notes and our in-house design team will lay out the canopy, walls and flags and send you a free digital mockup to approve — no design fee. Request a tent quote or call (425) 629-0796; local customers are welcome to stop by the shop in Snohomish to go over the design in person.
